Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Pizza Cook / Line Cook to join our
kitchen team. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and passionate
about great food. You will be responsible for preparing pizzas, managing orders
during high-volume service, and maintaining our standards for taste,
presentation, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other menu items according to recipes and portion standards

Operate and maintain a deck oven — ensuring proper cooking times, temperatures, and crust quality

Assemble pizzas quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment

Work the line during peak hours with attention to timing and presentation

Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and prep areas

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team

Assist with prep work, inventory rotation, and closing duties as assigned
Qualifications

Experience with a deck oven is required

1–2 years of experience as a pizza cook, line cook, or similar role in a high-volume kitchen

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
