Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional service for our guests at both The Aviary and Rookery Restaurants, which are both located on the same property. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and motivating staff and be responsible for overseeing bar operations.
Duties
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to ensure a smooth workflow and efficient service.
- Train and motivate staff.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Assist in budgeting processes and inventory management to optimize costs.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Monitor cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in restaurant and bar management.
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
