Job Summary
This position focuses on the final stretch of order fulfillment, getting items packed securely and out the door on schedule. You'll gather items listed on each order, confirm quantities against the paperwork, and pack them with enough cushioning to survive shipping. The pace shifts throughout the day. Late afternoon tends to bring a rush before the last pickup, so you're working through orders briskly while still keeping an eye on accuracy. You'll seal boxes, generate shipping labels, and sort finished packages by carrier for pickup. Watching supply levels is part of the job too, since running low on labels mid-shift creates a bottleneck. There's regular lifting involved, typically boxes between 20 and 40 pounds. Every package gets scanned before leaving, which is what updates the tracking record in our system. Most errors get caught right before sealing, when a missing item is still easy to fix. The work settles into a rhythm fast once you've done it a few times. We're a friendly team, and most people pick up the process within their first week or two.

Qualifications
- You notice small discrepancies, like a quantity that's off by one, even when things are moving quickly.
- Bringing up a concern to a coworker or supervisor is something you do without overthinking it.
- When the afternoon rush hits harder than expected, you keep working through it instead of slowing down.
- Learning basic scanning tools or shipping software doesn't take you long once you've seen it in action.
- You're someone who shows up when scheduled, since the shift depends on full coverage to stay on track.
- If a label jams the printer or a box won't seal properly, you troubleshoot rather than leave it for someone else.
- Your area tends to stay tidy, since you put things back as you finish with them.
