Facility Maintenance
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on school buildings, classrooms, offices, and common areas.
- Address maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Inspect facilities regularly to identify safety hazards or repair needs.
- Maintain lighting, plumbing fixtures, doors, locks, furniture, and basic electrical components.
- Assist with HVAC monitoring and report issues requiring specialized service.
Custodial Support
Assist with lunch service operations by supporting student supervision, maintaining orderly lunch lines, monitoring student behavior, helping distribute meal items, and ensuring cafeteria procedures are followed to promote a safe and efficient dining environment.
- Assist custodial staff when necessary to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Respond to spills, sanitation concerns, and urgent cleaning needs throughout the day.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work outdoors for extended periods.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
Pay: Up to $35,000.00 per year
