Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure our hospitality rooms and common areas are spotless, welcoming, and well-maintained. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services, maintaining high standards of sanitation, and creating a comfortable environment for guests. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guestrooms, bathrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and products.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens items efficiently.
- Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and performing carpet cleaning as needed to keep surfaces pristine.
- Ensure all sanitation standards are met by disinfecting high-touch surfaces and managing waste disposal properly.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guests’ requests promptly and professionally.
- Manage custodial tasks including restocking supplies, organizing storage areas, and maintaining cleaning equipment.
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks and helping other cleaning staff.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and janitorial procedures.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending frequently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with laundry processes and handling various cleaning chemicals safely.
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus.
