The Orthodontist & Co., a premier luxury orthodontic practice in the heart of Long Island City, is seeking a motivated, professional, and team-oriented individual to join us as an Orthodontic Clinical Assistant.

What You’ll Do
- Build meaningful relationships with patients while delivering an exceptional, luxury experience.
- Capture high-quality intraoral and extraoral photos.
- Perform precise 3D scans (iTero & iCAT) on patients.
- Manage sterilization, lab organization, and clinical workflows
- Fabricate custom retainers utilizing cutting-edge 3D printing technology.
- Collaborate with a supportive, professional team dedicated to transforming smiles.
- Advance quickly toward a Clinic Assistant II position, where you will transition into seeing patients directly as a fully trained orthodontic assistant.

Compensation & Benefits

Training Pay: $18/hour (for the first 90 days)
Post-Training Starting Rate: $19–$22/hour (based on performance and skill mastery)
