- Med Surg ICU

IMCU (2 Units)

Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of ICU/Critical Care RN experience (multi‑specialty preferred)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- RN license (Single‑state or Compact)
- BLS required
- BSN preferred
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high‑acuity, evidence‑based care across ICU and IMCU units
- Rapidly assess and manage complex patient conditions
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Support shared governance, performance improvement, and ongoing education
- Serve as a mentor or preceptor to fellow nurses
