Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000+ annually (based on experience, industry relationships, qualifications, and performance incentives)
Build a Market From the Ground Up
White Castle Roofing is expanding our Commercial Service Division in Northern Colorado and is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial professional to help establish and grow our presence throughout the Windsor market.
This isn't a traditional management role where you'll inherit a large team and oversee an established operation. This is an opportunity to help build a service division from the ground up while creating long-term customer relationships and driving growth in a high-potential market.
As one of the key leaders in our Northern Colorado expansion, you'll play a critical role in developing customer relationships, identifying opportunities, performing inspections, preparing estimates, and delivering exceptional service. As the division grows, you'll help recruit, develop, and lead technicians while establishing the processes, standards, and culture that will support long-term success.

What You'll Do
Business Development & Relationship Building
- Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, facility managers, building owners, and general contractors
- Identify and pursue new commercial roofing service opportunities
- Establish White Castle Roofing as a trusted service partner throughout Northern Colorado
- Build long-term customer relationships that drive recurring business and referrals
Roofing Service & Project Management
- Perform roof inspections, leak investigations, and condition assessments
- Prepare repair recommendations, scopes of work, and estimates
- Coordinate service projects, scheduling, materials, and customer communication
- Complete service repairs and maintenance work as needed during the division's growth stages
- Deliver responsive, professional service that strengthens customer trust and retention
Leadership & Market Growth
- Help establish service processes, standards, and best practices for the Windsor market
- Assist with recruiting, training, and mentoring future service technicians
- Play a key role in building and leading future service crews
- Contribute to the long-term growth and success of the Windsor Service Division
What We're Looking For
- Experience in commercial roofing service, repairs, maintenance, or related roofing operations
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills
- Ability to identify roofing issues and recommend effective solutions
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Leadership mindset with a passion for growth and team development
- Entrepreneurial attitude and willingness to help build a growing operation
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
