4 MS Hauling is currently looking for a dependable and motivated Loader to support our day-to-day transportation and material handling operations. This role is vital to ensuring freight, materials, and job-site debris are moved, loaded, and unloaded safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is physically fit, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely load, unload, and move freight, materials, and other items as required
- Arrange, stack, and secure cargo to ensure safe transportation and storage
- Follow all company safety standards and operational procedures
- Collaborate with drivers and coworkers to complete daily tasks efficiently and on schedule
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
- Inspect shipments and materials for damage or discrepancies and report concerns promptly
- Operate basic tools and equipment necessary for loading and handling tasks
Qualifications:
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move heavy objects
- Strong reliability, attention to detail, and positive work ethic
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions
- Dependable attendance and commitment to workplace safety
- Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, moving, or loading operations is a plus but not required
