The Academy of Pet Careers is a one-of-a-kind pet trade school offering hands on education in vet assisting, dog training, and pet grooming. With continued growth, we are expanding our team.
As an Inside Sales Rep, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students. Your job will be to qualify leads and secure their enrollment. This roll will combine inbound and outbound phone sales. PHONE SALES EXPERIENCE IS A MUST. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Receiving inbound phone calls and emails inquiring about school programs.
- Making outbound calls to warm prospects.
- Booking career planning calls with prospective students.
- Hosting career planning calls (phone and/or virtual).
- Discussing program details and financial aid options.
- Answering any questions prospects might have.
To do this job, you must be a pet-lover. The Academy of Pet Careers has a strong brand around the concepts of Pet Empowerment, and this brand attracts a specific kind of student. To be successful, student prospects will need to feel your passion for animals, as well as your belief in the programs we are selling.
This job is full-time. An shared office will be provided at our campus in St. Charles, MO where you will work with our sales and admissions team to coordinate all recruitment efforts.
