Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented QUALIFIED Proctors and Evaluators that are QUALIFIED through Industrial Training Services. THIS IS A MUST! In this vital role, you will oversee the administration of written exam assessments and evaluations for various operator qualification tasks, ensuring a fair, secure, and efficient testing environment. Your expertise will help validate the skills and knowledge of adult learners, supporting their professional development and operator qualification goals. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to workforce development initiatives while working in a dynamic educational setting. *Candidates who meet criteria will be paid per diem*.
Duties
- Supervise and proctor standardized tests and assessments for adult learners in accordance with established protocols
- MUST be an approved and qualified ITS Proctor and Evaluator
- MUST have natural gas experience
- Ensure the integrity and security of testing environments by monitoring examinees throughout assessments
- Provide clear instructions to candidates regarding test procedures and requirements
- Maintain accurate records of test sessions, including attendance, start/end times, and any irregularities
- Assist with the processes and verify candidate identification prior to testing
- Address candidate questions professionally while upholding testing policies and standards
- Collaborate with training coordinators to schedule assessments and prepare testing materials
Requirements
- Approved ITS OQ Proctor and Evaluator
- Strong communication skills to clearly explain procedures and address candidate inquiries
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple testing sessions efficiently
- Prior experience with OQ testing environments preferred
- Ability to work independently with high attention to detail and integrity
- Customer service mindset with a professional demeanor at all times
- Familiarity with working with students or adult learners in educational or training settings
