Compensation:

Duties
- Implement behavioral therapy techniques based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) to promote positive behaviors and skill development.
- Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress accurately to inform treatment plans.
- Support clients during therapy sessions and in natural settings such as home or community environments.
- Help develop and follow individualized care plans tailored to each client’s needs and goals.
- Maintain confidentiality of medical records and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members, families, and caregivers to ensure consistent implementation of interventions and strategies.
Requirements
- Strong interest in behavioral health, special education, or related fields; prior experience is not necessary.
- Ability to work effectively with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.
- Excellent communication skills and patience when working with diverse populations.
- Willingness to learn about applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management techniques, and medical terminology.
- Basic understanding of medical documentation, medical records, and care plans preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate data collection.
