We are looking at expanding our team by hiring an Assistant Store Manager to help grow our business!

Duties
- Supervise and support store staff in daily tasks
- Oversee cash register operations and ensure accuracy
- Implement inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels
- Participate in employee orientation and training programs
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Utilize retail math skills for pricing, discounts, and promotions
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a CBD or retail environment is preferred
- Proficient in administrative tasks and computer systems
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and inventory management
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to understand and apply retail math concepts effectively
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $19.88 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 34 per week
