The Supportive Services Specialist provides administrative and program support for the Staff Sergeant Parker Gordon Fox Suicide Prevention Grant Program. This part-time position helps ensure Veterans and their families are connected to critical services through effective coordination, accurate recordkeeping, data tracking, and community outreach support
What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to program staff and case managers.
- Manage participant records, referrals, and data entry.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and outreach activities.
- Support program reporting, documentation, and grant compliance.
- Coordinate outreach events and maintain program materials.
- Communicate professionally with Veterans, families, and community partners.
What You'll Bring
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least one year of administrative support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
