Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and excellent customer service skills, ensuring that every guest has an enjoyable experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing exceptional service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain knowledge of drink recipes, ingredients, and garnishes to provide accurate recommendations to guests.
- Ensure the bar area is clean, well-stocked, and organized at all times.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders promptly, and addressing any concerns or requests.
- Assist with food handling as needed, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure timely service for food orders.
- Manage time effectively during peak hours to maintain efficient service flow.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a bartending or food service role is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize duties effectively during busy shifts.
- Knowledge of food handling practices is beneficial for safe food service operations.
- Must be at least 21 years of age as per legal requirements for serving alcohol.

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
