RSC STL, LLC is seeking Night Life Security, Event Security Officers and PSO to support operations within the Ballpark Village Entertainment District. This role involves working a variety of high-attendance events, including live entertainment, sporting events, and large public gatherings. Ideal candidates are dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while helping ensure the safety and overall experience of guests, staff, and performers.
Security personnel are responsible for maintaining order, assisting with access control, and responding to incidents as needed.
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible presence to help prevent and address security concerns
- Observe guest activity and enforce venue guidelines and safety protocols
- Verify identification and assist with entry and exit point management
- Support crowd flow and control during peak times and major events
- Respond promptly and professionally to incidents or emergencies
- Communicate clearly with supervisors, team members, and event personnel
- Complete detailed incident documentation when required
- Assist with emergency procedures, including evacuations and medical situations
- Uphold a professional appearance and conduct at all times
Qualifications
- Prior experience in security, hospitality, or customer service is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to stay composed in high-pressure or high-volume situations
- Dependable with strong attention to direction and expectations
- Results-driven with a sense of responsibility and accountability
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during peak seasons
- Reliable transportation required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable working in loud, crowded, and high-energy settings
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to move quickly throughout the venue when needed
Licensing Requirements
- Must meet all applicable state and company security licensing standards

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
