What you will do

Patrol transit stations, platforms, vehicles, and surrounding areas

Maintain a visible presence to deter unsafe or disruptive behavior

Assist passengers with directions, information, and general support

Monitor access points and observe activities to identify safety concerns
-
Respond to incidents, emergencies, and service calls per protocol
-
Communicate clearly with dispatch, transit staff, and local authorities as needed

Document incidents accurately and completely

Prior security, customer service, or public‑facing experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to remain calm and professional in high‑pressure situations

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods

Must meet applicable licensing, background check, and training requirements
