Overview
We are seeking a Quickbread/Muffin/Cookie Mixer to join our bakery team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year experience of measuring, mixing, following a recipe (pizza dough, cookies, etc.). We are an equal opportunity bakery, and we welcome bilingual individuals.
Duties
- Prepare and mix ingredients according to specified recipes, ensuring accuracy and consistency in flavor and texture.
- Operate various kitchen equipment including commercial mixers and other food processing machinery.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely production schedules are met.
- Keep the mixing area clean and organized.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a bakery or kitchen setting is required.
- Mechanical knowledge for operating mixing equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
