The administrative assistant is a vital part of our team who is responsible for greeting and assisting customers, answering phones, assisting with Kronos timekeeping maintenance, monitoring and ordering department supplies, reconciling department credit card payments, maintaining office equipment, preparing meeting agendas, taking meeting minutes, assisting with unclaimed property notifications, and assisting other finance department staff as needed. The ideal candidate will be customer service oriented, proficient in grammar, detail oriented, be able to multi-task, and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
