Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable, energetic, and highly organized store manager to lead the daily operations. This position is responsible for creating an excellent customer experience, leading and developing staff, maintaining a smooth flow with the lines, and ensure the shop is clean and organized at all times.
The ideal candidate has previous management experience but also a good starting point for someone looking to move up to management. You should have strong leadership skills, excellent cash handling abilities, and a positive attitude. We want someone willing to learn and follow our systems while helping the team succeed.
This position has a starting pay of $55,000. We do annual raises every January after a whole year with the company. One week paid time off after a year during the off season. We cannot have extended periods of time off from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day weekend.
As a store manager you are required to have SERVSAFE MANAGER CERTIFICATION.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure store cleanliness, and organization
- Training and onboarding new staff
- Lead by example with outstanding customer service
- Bank deposits and change orders
- Must be able to be flexible with scheduling. Weekends, holidays, and evenings are a must.
- Maintaining inventory and ordering products to keep the store stocked.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
