Admiral Title Group is looking for an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Title Post Closing Specialist.
Our ideal candidate has at least one year of post-closing experience with a title or settlement company and understands what happens after the closing table, from reviewing completed documents through funding, disbursement, recording, and final file completion.
However, we also recognize that great people don't always come from an identical role.
If you have meaningful experience in the title, settlement, mortgage, or real estate closing industry, we are willing to train the right person. Mortgage processors, closers, post-closers, title processors, settlement professionals, and others with directly related experience are encouraged to apply.
We're looking for someone who understands the importance of accuracy, deadlines, communication, and getting every detail right.
What You'll Do
As part of our post-closing team, responsibilities may include:
- Review completed closing packages for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure all required documents are properly executed
- Submit closing packages and required documentation to lenders
- Obtain and confirm lender funding authorization
- Review and balance Closing Disclosures and settlement statements
- Assist with escrow and transaction reconciliation
- Verify wire instructions and assist with outgoing wires and disbursements
- Process checks and other transaction-related payments
- Prepare deeds, deeds of trust, mortgages, and other documents for recording
- Submit documents for electronic and/or physical recording
- Track recordings and resolve rejected or outstanding documents
- Coordinate final water bills, payoffs, and other post-settlement items
- Assist with final title policy and lender documentation requirements
- Maintain organized and complete transaction files
- Communicate with lenders, processors, settlement staff, agents, and other parties to resolve post-closing issues
What We're Looking For
Preferred:
- 1+ year of title company post-closing experience
- Familiarity with title, settlement, escrow, disbursement, and recording procedures
We will also consider candidates with strong experience in:
- Title processing
- Settlement or escrow
- Mortgage processing
- Mortgage closing or post-closing
- Mortgage operations
- Other directly related title or mortgage positions
If you have a strong understanding of real estate transactions, are highly organized, comfortable working with detailed financial and legal documents, and are eager to learn the title post-closing side of the business, we want to hear from you.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $55,000–$75,000 per year, depending on experience.
