Travel OB Registered Nurse for a premier healthcare facility in South San Jose, CA. Provide skilled nursing care in labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn units while traveling on a 13-week contract. Earn up to $3,240 per week based on experience.
Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients in labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn units.
Monitor fetal heart rates, vital signs, and labor progression to ensure patient safety.
Administer medications and assist physicians during labor and delivery procedures.
Educate and support mothers and families on postpartum and newborn care.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide safe, high-quality patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility standards.
Current California RN license.
1-2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience.
Recent mother-baby/newborn experience.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
Current STABLE certification.
Fetal Heart Monitoring certification, updated every two years.
