Aesthetic Medical Assistant

Buckingham Center is looking for a skilled, patient-focused Aesthetic Medical Assistant to join our team. Working alongside our Nurse Injectors, you'll support advanced cosmetic and laser treatments while ensuring every patient feels cared for from the moment they arrive. This role rewards someone who brings clinical precision, an eye for aesthetics, and real warmth to patient care.

Reports to: Aesthetic Operations Manager
What You'll Do
- Prepare treatment rooms and supplies for injectable and laser procedures ahead of each patient's arrival
- Connect with patients about their history, goals, and concerns, then relay key details clearly to providers
- Capture accurate pre-treatment photography
- Prepare patients for procedures and monitor their comfort and safety throughout the visit
- Document procedures promptly and accurately in the EMR
- Educate patients confidently on aftercare and personalized skincare recommendations
- Keep exam rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Strengthen patient retention through follow-up outreach and satisfaction check-ins
- Track inventory and flag low-stock items to the manager

Schedule & Compensation
Monday–Thursday: 7:15 AM – 4:00 PM | Friday: 7:15 AM – 12:00 PM
Full-time · Starting at $20.00/hr, commensurate with experience

License/Certification:
