Northwest Registered Agent is looking for a Hub Manager to lead our team in Springfield, IL, located at 2501 Chatham Road, Ste. R, Springfield, IL 62704. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday, in-office position leading an awesome team.
This is a hands-on leadership role managing operations at our Springfield hub and remotely managing a small team in Johnston, IA (6701 Corporate Dr., Johnston, IA 50131). You'll report to a Regional Hub Director and collaborate closely with other Hub Managers and internal departments to support your teams and serve clients. You'll learn every function in the offices, coach employees, solve problems, and help shape how your Hubs operate. We're seeking self-motivated leaders who can wear multiple hats, demonstrate patience and adaptability, stay excited about change, and genuinely care about developing people while driving operational excellence.

What You'll Do
Every day is different. You'll balance leading your team, managing daily operations, and coaching employees as priorities shift throughout the week. Here's what a typical week includes:
- Lead and develop your team- Hire, train, and coach employees to build a strong, accountable, collaborative culture. Create an environment where team members feel supported, challenged, and connected.
- Master the work- Learn every role in the office: filings, mail processing, Service of Process, compliance services, and client support. Serve as the subject matter expert and escalation point.
- Own daily operations and performance- Monitor productivity, quality, and client experience. Analyze trends and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Drive improvement- Audit processes, solve problems, remove obstacles, and implement changes that strengthen operations.
- Navigate change confidently- We build and update our own systems frequently. You'll stay comfortable with new technologies and tools, learn them quickly, and help your team adapt and stay productive through transitions.
- Build external relationships- Develop connections with Secretary of State offices, local agencies, business organizations, and community stakeholders. Represent the company as a trusted local resource.
- Stay current on regulations and company offerings- Learn filing requirements, compliance services, registered agent services, and keep your team informed.

Starting Wage: $60,000-$70,000
