About the Role
As an Apparel Decoration Specialist, you will drive high-quality output by managing multi-head embroidery equipment and ensuring precision in garment customization. You will play a vital role in our production workflow, transforming raw materials into finished goods while maintaining strict quality standards and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities-
Configure and manage multi-head embroidery systems, ensuring optimal thread tension and needle alignment for consistent results.

Execute precise hooping techniques to prepare various garment types for high-volume production.

Analyze technical design specifications to guarantee accurate logo placement and alignment on every item.

Conduct thorough quality inspections to identify and resolve defects, ensuring only top-tier products reach our clients.

Perform preventative maintenance and routine calibration on machinery to maximize uptime and equipment longevity.

Document production metrics and inventory levels to maintain accurate records and support seamless workflow transitions.

High school diploma or equivalent.

6+ months of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.

Proficiency in basic mathematics, including the use of fractions and measurements for machine calibration.

Manual dexterity for handling delicate components like needles, screws, and thread.

Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Prior experience in embroidery, sewing, or textile decoration.
