Job description
Wellpark Health and Rehabilitation is a skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality care to our residents. We are currently seeking motivated and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our exceptional nursing team.
12-hour shifts (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am)
We are also looking for coverage for our night med pass (7pm-11pm)
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN or physician
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Support CNAs and other staff to ensure quality care is delivered
Qualifications:
- Current and valid LPN license in the state of Tennessee
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience preferred, but not required
- Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate nature
