We are seeking a reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role focuses on Call Group 1 phone support and data entry.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally as part of Call Group 1
- Assist customers with inquiries, scheduling, and basic account information
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records
- Provide friendly, efficient support while following company procedures
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask
- Comfortable with basic computer data entry
- Reliable and detail-oriented
