Summary
As a Restaurant Manager at Infinito’s Pizza, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. This position is essential to our mission of delivering high-quality food and service while fostering a positive work environment for our staff.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of service.
- Train, mentor, and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and maintaining food safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor guest feedback to continuously improve the dining experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or restaurant operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent training development skills to enhance staff performance.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Experience in fine dining or buffet-style service is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
