Comfort Communities is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales and Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with a passion for real estate/property management, strong sales skills, and a proven track record of success. As a Sales and Leasing Agent, you will play a key role in managing our inventory, executing marketing strategies, maintaining effective communication with prospects and residents, and overseeing leasing and administrative functions.

Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish required.
- 2+ years of experience in property management leasing.
- Proven sales record with a focus on results and growth.
- Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Clean MVR and valid drivers license.
