About the Role: We're seeking a reliable, observant Overnight Patrol Attendant to help maintain a safe, welcoming property during overnight hours.
Responsibilities:

Walk and monitor property grounds throughout the shift

Float and assist front desk staff as needed

Identify and address unauthorized individuals on property

Politely direct trespassers to leave; contact local police if necessary

Report any incidents, hazards, or maintenance issues

Maintain a visible, professional presence overnight
Requirements:

Able to walk/stand for extended periods and patrol the property on foot

Dependable and punctual with strong attention to detail

Calm, professional demeanor when handling on-site situations

Comfortable working independently overnight
