The Mission: This person is responsible for how things move into, around, and out of the company. They need to ensure that inventory counts are flawless and that logistics run like clockwork. What they actually do: They set up layouts for massive warehouses, configure automated picking/packing routes, manage shipping carriers, and streamline the purchase-to-pay and order-to-cash lifecycles.
