Elsa's owns and operates Premier Destination for slot and video poker. Our mission is to provide a gathering places for adults to enjoy a light meal and video gaming in the comfort of a welcoming and friendly environment.
Elsa's is looking for fun, outgoing individuals to take on an Attendant position. It's a laid back position that mainly requires you to service customers as they order beer, pops & water.
Starting pay is $13/hour plus tips but will increase through performance over time.
Looking for individuals with flexible hours to be able to work day or night shifts.
Responsibilities:
Perform guest services by greeting guests with a warm and welcoming smile.
Ensure guest area is clean and properly prepared between each guest.
Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and set a positive example.
Maintains a clean and organized work area.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Meet store operating policies and standards of safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodations.
Engage with and understand our guests, including discovering the guests needs and boundaries through clear communication.
Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift.
Available to work flexible hours when needed to accommodate the needs of fellow team members.
Carefully monitors the store and assists Management in identifying and resolving current and potential guest problems.
Hours of Operation 8AM- 1AM
AM shift: 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm
PM shift: 4pm-1am or 5pm-1am: ~Currently seeking Full-time and/or Part-time PM
**some locations may differ by an hour or two.

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
