We are actively growing our refinance division and looking for motivated Loan Officers ready to maximize their earning potential in a supportive, team-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound refinance opportunities
- Educate borrowers on available refinance solutions
- Work FHA, VA, Non-QM, Jumbo, Home Equity, and HELOC refinance programs
- Guide borrowers through the loan process from application to closing
- Structure loans using a large network of wholesale lenders
- Maintain strong communication with borrowers and internal teams
- Build and maintain referral relationships
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the transaction

Qualifications
- Active NMLS license required
- Mortgage refinance experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
