We combine expert chiropractic care with personalized structural rehabilitation programs to deliver lasting results. We are seeking a motivated and certified Personal Trainer to join our team as a Rehab Assistant.
Position Overview: As a Rehab Assistant, you will work closely with our chiropractors to support patients through their structural rehabilitation journeys. You will implement and oversee safe, effective exercise programs that complement chiropractic adjustments, helping patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist chiropractors in patient rehab sessions and exercise demonstrations
- Supervise individualized therapeutic exercise programs
- Guide patients on proper form, posture, and home exercise routines
- Monitor patient progress and adjust programs as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and motivating rehab environment
- Document patient sessions and communicate progress with the clinical team
- Ensure compliance with all Washington state regulations and HIPAA standards
Qualifications
Required:
Current Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification (e.g., NASM, ACSM, ACE, or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, corrective exercise, and injury rehabilitation
Experience working with patients recovering from musculoskeletal injuries (preferred)
Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills
Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and demonstrate exercises safely
Washington state resident or eligible to work in WA
