Healing Hearts VA is seeking compassionate and motivated therapists to join our growing group practice. This hybrid role combines the flexibility of telehealth with the connection of limited in-person work.
Therapists in this role are expected to provide in-person sessions 1–2 days per week (either Mondays, Tuesdays and/or Fridays) in our Virginia office in Sterling, with the remainder of sessions conducted remotely.
We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about helping clients navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, people-pleasing patterns, and life transitions within a supportive and flexible environment. Couples experience a plus. Spanish speaking a plus.

Responsibilities
- Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual therapy using evidence-based approaches such as CBT
- Maintain timely and HIPAA-compliant documentation
- Support clients experiencing anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship issues, and related concerns
- Provide crisis support and appropriate referrals when needed
- Submit clinical notes for billing in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Resident in Counseling or fully licensed clinician in Virginia (Can not hire MSWs)
- Comfortable providing both telehealth and in-person sessions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for providing compassionate, culturally sensitive care
- Independent worker; needs to be organized and has wonderful attention to detail
- Able to complete notes in a timely manner
Compensation
- This is a 1099 contracted position with a percentage-based split
- Residents: 55%
- Licensed clinicians: 60%
- Paid bi-weekly
