At Reliant Care Management Company, we don’t treat Human Resources as a back-office function — we treat it as a strategic driver of culture, performance, and growth. As we continue to expand across multiple states and service lines, we are looking to invest in the next generation of HR professionals who want real, hands-on experience inside a fast-paced healthcare organization.
This is not a sit-back-and-observe internship. This is an opportunity to step into the day-to-day operations of HR, work alongside experienced leaders, and gain exposure to real-world workforce challenges in long-term care and healthcare services.
We are seeking a Human Resources Intern who is currently pursuing a degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources (or related field). This individual will partner directly with our HR and Recruiting teams to support key initiatives across onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and talent operations.
Support onboarding processes, including new hire coordination, documentation, and system tracking
Assist with employee file management, audits, and HR compliance initiatives
Partner with recruiting to support candidate communication, scheduling, and applicant tracking system (ATS) updates
Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
Assist with HR reporting, data tracking, and analytics
Support policy updates, handbook revisions, and HR process improvements
Gain exposure to multi-state HR operations, labor considerations, and healthcare-specific compliance
Real-world, hands-on HR experience — not just administrative work
Exposure to multi-site, multi-state workforce management
Direct mentorship from experienced HR and Talent leaders
Insight into healthcare operations and long-term care environments
A strong foundation for launching a career in Human Resources
Currently enrolled at an accredited university
Pursuing a degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or related field
Must not be graduating within the next academic term (seeking candidates who can commit and grow within the role)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
At our core, Reliant Care Management Company is built on integrity, work ethic, and competence. We move fast, we expect accountability, and we invest in people who want to grow. If you’re looking for an internship where you’ll actually learn, contribute, and be challenged — this is it.
