Unloader/Loader and Powder Painter
1st Shift
Monday-Thursday, Friday morning OT
NO WEEKENDS!
Unloader/Loader: This position is responsible for loading various sized parts as well as unloading those parts after they are processed. Will be responsible for checking for qualify, learning the process, keeping the line moving, keeping area clean and other related duties as assigned.
Powder Painter: Will be responsible for learning the Powder painting process for custom projects/work where precision is extremely important. Excellent opportunity for the right person and very nice company culture/atmosphere!
Qualifications for these jobs include; Ability to commute to Oconomowoc, have an eye for detail and attention to detail, ability to lift up to 55 pounds, good communication skills and ability to read/follow work orders. Ideally, candidates will have some factory experience or a good work history in another industry. For the Powder Painter, ideally someone with powder coat experience as an operator or painter is preferrred. Positive attitude, willingness to learn and team player mentality also required.
