What You'll Do
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in maximizing equipment reliability and supporting production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical equipment issues.
- Install, service, maintain, and rebuild plant equipment and systems.
- Inspect and maintain buildings, grounds, and underground utilities.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely and in accordance with life-critical procedures.
- Test and verify equipment performance before returning assets to production.
- Identify and communicate equipment concerns, abnormal conditions, and calibration issues.
- Maintain accurate work order documentation and follow maintenance planning processes.
- Support network (LAN) troubleshooting as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives, including ISO and other management system requirements.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Mechanical, electrical, and fabrication skills.
- Experience working with PLCs and VFDs; preferred
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to climb ladders and work at elevated heights.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to wear a respirator and work in confined spaces when required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a chemical manufacturing or process manufacturing environment.
- SAP experience
