Career Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Night Auditor who will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and customer service with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask. As a Front Desk /Night Auditor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, managing front desk operations, and performing night audit duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reconciliation
- Handle cash transactions
- Ensure accurate and timely record keeping
Guest Services
- Check in and check out guests
- Assist guests with inquiries and requests
- Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service
- Manage reservations and ensure all guest information is up to date
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication both verbal and written
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve efficiently and professionally
- Proficient in using phone systems, computer software, and other office equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Task and detail-oriented and with excellent organizational skills
