We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer support and enhancing client satisfaction. Duties
- Engage with customers through outbound calling to promote products and services.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a consistently positive experience.
- Assist clients with their needs while maintaining high standards of phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain updated customer records.
- Analyze customer feedback and trends to improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance client services.
PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
● Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their needs; identifies and suggests programs and packages to meet those needs and obtain authorizations from leads with the highest level of integrity
● Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads
● Maintains files/records and adheres to current document storage system policy
● Field customer questions and complaints; when the issues is beyond the representative’s knowledge or authority, forward it to the appropriate staff
● Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer problems and concerns
● Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale
● Instructs new students procedures in the classroom and school
● Process purchase/sales invoices and related documents
● Maintains communication with existing and previous customers
● Utilizes the company’s CRM and maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems
● Maintain customer contact volume standards
Requirements
- Proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
- Experience in cash handling is a plus.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
● Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing, speaking, walking, driving, writing, and/or sitting at a desk and working on a computer
● Requires ability to occasionally lift up to 15 lbs
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $25.00 per hour
