About the Role
As a Residential and Commercial HVAC Technician, you will serve as a primary technical expert responsible for ensuring climate control systems operate at peak efficiency. You will play a vital role in enhancing indoor comfort and air quality for our clients by delivering precise installations and expert diagnostic repairs.
Responsibilities-
Execute the installation, replacement, and commissioning of diverse heating and cooling systems to ensure optimal performance.

Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues, providing effective repair solutions to restore system functionality.

Conduct comprehensive preventative maintenance to extend equipment lifespan and prevent unexpected failures.

Install and service specialized climate technology, including mini-splits, heat pumps, and geothermal units.

Interpret technical blueprints and wiring schematics to ensure installations meet rigorous industry standards.

Document service activities and communicate technical findings clearly to clients to build trust and satisfaction.

Maintain a safe, organized workspace and ensure all company tools and vehicles are properly managed.
Qualifications-
Proven professional experience in HVAC installation and field service.

Valid EPA Certification for handling refrigerants.

Clean driving record and a valid driver's license.

Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting 50+ pounds and working in confined spaces or at heights.

Strong aptitude for troubleshooting electrical and mechanical HVAC/R systems.

Current state-issued HVAC license.

Hands-on experience with sheet metal fabrication and ductwork.

Technical proficiency with geothermal systems and advanced commercial controls.

Prior experience working with major HVAC equipment brands.
