Position Overview:We are seeking a Driver Manager for our Ontario Ca operations Team, This role involves managing a team of up to 45 drivers, ensuring efficient operations, and fostering clear communication across our diverse workforce.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of drivers to ensure timely deliveries and compliance with company policies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between drivers and management.
- Address and resolve any operational issues or driver concerns promptly.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety protocols.

- Proven experience in transportation management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
