- Upon graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology Program students can apply for a temporary state license valid for a period of one year, during that time they must pass the National Registry and obtain an ARRT certification. After the ARRT certification is obtained the temporary status will be lifted from their state license.
KY State Certification (non-temporary) within 1 year of hire or transfer

Provides radiologic care to patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders. Operates CT and MRI scan units to perform clinical diagnostic procedures as directed.
