We're looking for a friendly, reliable professional to join our team at our Foxhall Square location. This is a customer-facing role where you'll be responsible for the store and will be the lead contact for our clients. You will also be performing basic alterations, so sewing experience is a requirement.
What You'll Do
- Warmly greet customers and provide excellent front-desk service
- Take and process dry cleaning orders accurately
- Assemble and organize customer orders for pickup
- Handle cash and/or card transactions
- Organize store operations and coordinate with the team at other locations
- Perform basic alterations such as hemming
- Take measurements and pin other alterations to be executed by our team of seamstresses
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience (required)
- Strong English communication skills (required)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (required)
- Sewing experience (required)
- Punctual, detail-oriented, and a team player, with strong accountability and organizational skills
