Operational
Develop and manage a team of leaders and daily operations with best practices and communication. Facilitate documentation processes, and leadership fundamentals. Ensure compliance with all applicable state regulations, licensing standards, and company policies. All other duties as assigned.
Financial
Meet or exceed budget. Manage departmental costs.
Human Resources -Recruit, hire, train and retain talent. Oversee orientations, and in-services to create progressive staff development. Hold staff accountable including both recognition and corrective programs.
Compliance & Safety Practice infection control. Foster readiness for emergencies through regular drills and training.
General
Licensed as a Community Residential Care Facility Administrator in the State of South Carolina.
Demonstrate leadership skills with the ability to build and hold teams accountable.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage budgets and analyze financial performance.
Must pass required background checks and meet all regulatory health and training requirements.
