1099 Independent Contractor – Commission-Based Sales Representative
Fadma Cleaning Services LLC is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to help grow our client base, primarily focusing on multifamily properties, apartment communities, property management companies, and commercial accounts.
This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-only opportunity. Compensation is 15% commission on qualifying sales/accounts successfully brought to the company.
Responsibilities:
- Find and develop new business opportunities
- Contact apartment communities, property managers, and commercial businesses
- Build professional relationships with prospective clients
- Present and promote Fadma Cleaning Services LLC's services
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers
- Help secure new cleaning contracts and accounts
Compensation & Contractor Status:
- 1099 Independent Contractor
- 15% commission on qualifying sales
- Commission-only; no hourly wage or guaranteed salary
- Independent contractors are responsible for their own applicable taxes
- Earnings are based on successful sales and business generated
Ideal Candidate:
- Motivated and results-oriented

- Comfortable prospecting and approaching new businesses
- Able to work independently
- Professional, reliable, and organized
- Previous sales or business-development experience preferred
- Multifamily, apartment, property-management, or commercial-services sales experience is a plus
