You'll spend your time helping clients create meaningful engagement rings and fine jewelry pieces, not convincing people to buy something they don't want.
What You'll DoShowroom Sales
- Welcome clients to our San Jose showroom
- Guide customers through engagement ring, wedding band, and fine jewelry selections
- Educate clients on diamonds, settings, customization options, and design details
- Collaborate with our design team to bring custom concepts to life
- Build lasting relationships with clients throughout their buying journey
- Deliver a luxury client experience from consultation through purchase
Online Sales and Client Communication
- Respond to inquiries via WhatsApp, email, website chat, Instagram, and phone
- Follow up with leads and appointment requests
- Assist remote clients with diamond selection and custom design consultations
- Guide customers through the ordering process from inquiry to purchase
- Maintain detailed client records within our CRM system
Commission applies equally to both showroom and online sales.
Content and Livestream Support
- Participate in TikTok livestreams (training provided)
- Support educational and behind-the-scenes content creation
- Appear in short-form videos when needed
- Help showcase new products, diamonds, and custom projects
No prior livestream experience is required.
Compensation and BenefitsCompensation
- Base Salary: $6,000-$8,000 per month
- Uncapped Commission
- Strong earning potential for top performers
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Thursday-Monday
- 9:30 AM-6:00 PM
- 30-minute lunch break
- Tuesday and Wednesday off

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- 3+ years of fine jewelry, bridal jewelry, luxury retail sales, or comparable high-ticket sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for jewelry, design, and customer experience
- Comfortable speaking with clients in person, by phone, and online
- Organized and able to manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Comfortable learning technical product knowledge and customization processes
- Legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship available)
Preferred Qualifications
- Engagement ring or bridal jewelry experience
- Phone sales or lead follow-up experience
- HubSpot or CRM experience
- Experience with custom jewelry projects
- Comfortable appearing on camera and supporting livestreams
- Experience selling luxury goods or high-value products
