CertaPro Painters of The North Shore is seeking an experienced Commercial Painting Project Manager to lead interior and exterior painting projects across commercial, multi-unit, and institutional properties. This role is responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring high-quality finishes, efficient production, budget control, and strong client relationships. The ideal candidate has a solid background in commercial repaint and new construction painting, along with proven leadership in field operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Plans: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining the scope of work, schedule, budget, and resources required for successful project execution.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing any concerns or issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project.
- Resource Management: Coordinate and allocate resources effectively, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets closely, tracking expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards throughout the project by conducting regular inspections, addressing any quality issues promptly, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, including painters, subcontractors, and other personnel, to ensure customer satisfaction and company profitability.
- Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all project personnel and compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any challenges or obstacles that arise during the project, employing effective problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in commercial painting.
- 3-5+ years in commercial painting or construction management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and industry best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
