What You'll Do
- Meet with qualified homeowners and business clients
- Assess project needs and develop customized solutions
- Create and present professional estimates and proposals
- Build trust and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Follow up with prospects and close high-value projects
- Develop relationships with referral partners and industry professionals
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful execution

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Experience closing high-ticket sales preferred
- Estimating experience preferred (3+ years)
- Construction, landscaping, home improvement, roofing, remodeling, HVAC, or related industry experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Self-starter mentality with a strong desire to succeed
Compensation
$130,000 - $800,000+ per year
Performance-based compensation with uncapped earning potential.

Serving Bethesda, Potomac, Chevy Chase, Washington DC, and surrounding DMV areas.
