DEPARTMENT: Skilled Nursing
POSITION SUMMARY
This nurse is an Registered Nurse who provides quality nursing care to the residents of a particular unit. This RN is responsible for the overall nursing care/service on his/her shift, which includes the supervision of other professional and non-professional team members.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university
Must have supervisory experience in a skilled nursing facility
Must possess a valid and current Pennsylvania license
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to long term care
